I can't possibly begin with how grateful I am for a truly wonderful experience. Please don't change a thing. Prior to my appointment communication was so clear. I really appreciate that. The office is pristine. Everybody is so professional, so friendly, it such a relief to be able to trust and place yourself in such caring hands. Thank you so very much. Dr. Klingensmith and her staff are absolutely the best. Scheduling was a breeze and very accommodating utilizing web based service or traditional phone. The practice is immaculate and has a very clean and relaxing vibe. Professionalism by her and the staff is over the top. Upon entering their office I was warmly welcomed and felt comfortable. The person at the front desk could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. She spent at least ten minutes researching my insurance and helping me with very reasonable alternatives. Then I was cordially invited to the chair where the work takes place and again made to feel very comfortable. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind. The paperwork process was quick and easy, and they clearly reviewed my dental insurance and explained what my out-of-pocket costs would be. Amazing experience on Friday! The staff was friendly, the building is beautiful, and the lounge area is so cute. Dr. K was very kind and informative, and I really appreciated the non-judgmental environment. Shoutout to my dental assistant for being awesome, too! :) And I even recommended a few of my friends to try out Evergrow because of the phenomenal experience I had!
