Dr. Klingensmith and her staff are absolutely the best. Scheduling was a breeze and very accommodating utilizing web based service or traditional phone. Great first visit as a new patient! Nobody particularly enjoys going to the dentist, but everyone here is warm, personable, and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. K immediately made me feel at ease and walked me through what would be done at the visit and next steps for my next visit. She is gentle and careful, periodically checking in to make sure you aren’t experiencing pain or discomfort. I recently needed to switch dentists. I have some underlying health conditions that can make it painful to see a dentist. I had my first visit at this new dental office today. All the staff members I encountered were very personable and professional. Dr. Klingensmith explained everything that she was going to do before doing it. I had asked for a tooth to be filed down, and she gave me a mirror to confirm we were speaking about the same tooth and expected result.
