I absolutely love my new garage. Tim, Mike and Denny are awesome guys. They are responsive, detail-oriented and thorough in their work. We can't be happier with our garage. My husband has wanted to have the floor done ever since he saw our son's. Tim did the floor and it was quite a process. He also installed all of the cabinets and did a beautiful job. I would give 10 stars if I could
I had my garage floor done by Encore Garage on September 2021. They did a nice job , I was pleased with their work and referred 4 customers to them within the next year. By September 2022 I had big patch of the flooring started to come out so I contacted them, after few times they eventually came and fixed it. Within few months , another area of the floor came out which made my floor looks ugly. I contacted them 4 times and they kept delaying it/ ignoring me. I contacted Encore Garage a few months ago as I was pricing out several quotes. They were very responsive and made an appt within a week. Michael came out and took some measurements after going over everything I wanted to do. We discussed color selections and style and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. Their pricing was a little less than other competitors and after reading other reviewers, I decided to go with them.
