After 6 months of attempts to reach out about the contrete coloring and sealing issues, Spoke to Megan Poultrey and she assured us she would have someone out to access the issue . I have tried calling and personally reach them at their business address of 775 W. Smith could not reach them either way. The job has a warranty to any issues.
These guys were great! Great selection of choices. When the carpet I wanted turned out to be delayed they contacted me quickly and we got a nearly perfect match with no delays. They came in a few days early to do some prep work so the whole instal only took a single day. The owner himself even showed up to make sure everything was looking good and on schedule. Thanks Emerald, you guys are great!!!
Joshua, Josh, and Damian were fabulous to work with! They were able to order our flooring very quickly and were very communicative through the entire process. The fact that they were able to meet our schedule was a major plus too! Everyone on their install crew was great too. They did an awesome job and were able to roll with the punches as we made a few changes while they were completing the install. I would absolutely recommend Emerald Finishing Group to anyone and everyone!

Megan and Josh along with the rest of the crew did an amazing job with several projects at my home. We had our old vinyl sheet flooring replaced with a beautiful premium vinyl plank flooring throughout most of my first floor. Looks amazing and is very easy to care for.
