These guys were great! Great selection of choices. When the carpet I wanted turned out to be delayed they contacted me quickly and we got a nearly perfect match with no delays. They came in a few days early to do some prep work so the whole instal only took a single day. The owner himself even showed up to make sure everything was looking good and on schedule. Thanks Emerald, you guys are great!!!

Called on Tuesday to have a quote done. Someone was able to come on the same day and I thought wow this is amazing great service. Was told we would get a quote by that evening. Never got a quote, tried calling on Thursday and's was told the quote would be sent right away (they lost our info had to resend our info), no quote yet again and now it’s Friday tried calling and no one is answering the phone.

We hired this company to replace some kitchen floors. They did a mediocre job and made minimal efforts to repair their mistakes. The owner shook my hand and told me if I needed anything, to give him a call. After 6 months of trying to get ahold of him about the poor work; he still has never answered one call or email. The bookkeeper(his wife?) wouldn't return any of my calls either? The only guy who ever responded, got fired. They still haven't honored their agreement and I now have to look at legal action to get mad... read more

Joshua, Josh, and Damian were fabulous to work with! They were able to order our flooring very quickly and were very communicative through the entire process. The fact that they were able to meet our schedule was a major plus too! Everyone on their install crew was great too. They did an awesome job and were able to roll with the punches as we made a few changes while they were completing the install. I would absolutely recommend Emerald Finishing Group to anyone and everyone!

Emerald Finishing Group, LLC... Everything was AMAZING! They really impressed us!
