We are absolutely thrilled with the furniture we bought from Dutch Craft Furniture. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The pricing was much better than anywhere else we had looked. We ended up buying a bed, nightstands, and a bench for our bedroom and a TV stand, end tables and sofa table for the living room. Every step in the process was top notch. Having looked at several Amish stores in our area, we decided to drive to Amish country. Dutch Craft had a wide selection, masterfully organized in the store. Customer Service was great. They provided good information and direction; leaving us uninterrupted time to look. The purchase and delivery was very easy. The best of all, the table and chairs are just stunning. The color and finish turned out beyond our expectations.
I needed a kitchen table for a smaller space with no leaf, so this company made it happen i gave them measurements and a style I like. They made adjustments and when it came i was so happy it is perfect design, color and the quality is A1. And there customer service was perfect they answered all my questions and assured me it would work out and it did . 🥰🥰🥰🥰. Love
Dutch Craft Furniture...THE place to buy your A+ grade Amish quality furniture. Friendly, accommodating, helpful. Christine, I believe, helped me over the phone. Sent out a couple of color samples in hickory wood. Cocoa Light and Stone Brown look wonderful on the Rustic Hickory. My wife and I chose the Urbana kitchen chairs and they are absolutely perfect. My wife and I visited Amish Country from Central Ohio and I can say our experience with Dutch Craft Furniture was an extremely pleasurable one. From the time we entered the store until when we left there was not the typical high-pressure sale we’ve become accustomed to with large box furniture stores.
