What started as a fairly simple project at my home became something else altogether. This is to be anticipated in an older home and I am fortunate that I had engaged Dever Design & Build to manage the project from begining to end. Jack Dever is knowledgeable, ethical, and empathetic. I fully appreciate everything Jack Dever and his team did for me and I, without hesitation, am giving Dever Design & Build a well earned positive review.
We worked with Jack and his team for a covered front porch addition to our home. The quality of the work and the finished product is beautiful. We've had so many compliments from neighbors. My fear going into the project was that we'd end up way over budget or behind schedule as that's an experience I've heard others run into with projects like this. Jack was excellent at managing expectations, keeping communication open, and we were right on budget and on time. I would absolutely work with Dever Design & Build again.

Both Mr. Dever and his architect tailored the design to meet my specific needs and design preferences while matching the architectural style of my house. My family contracted Jack and his team to put a substantial addition on our home. Jack was very prompt and communicative through the whole process.
