The atmosphere is nice because the restaurant is by the river. But the food fell short of expectations for tacos. In particular, slide burgers had a hard taste because the bread was old, and patties had a dry taste.
Excellent food and service. Love sitting on the patio for the breeze and being on the edge of the lake and marina. This is always our go-to place when visiting Marblehead. Update: 10/19/2024: We went again tonight and this time had our daughters with us. Excellent service and food! We really enjoy this restaurant.
This place is sooooooo good. Plus the view was great! You sat by the windows and get a great view of the boat docks. It's so nice. We started with the giant pretzel. It came with ranch bacon dressing and beer cheese. It was crisp and had a great middle chew. My favorite thing I had. The waitress suggested wings and to just have dry rub on them. We had a group of 11 people...the server got us our drinks quickly and then took our orders. Food came out in a reasonable time from placing our order. There were no mistakes and the food was so good. I know it's not always like that during tourist season, they are probably a little slower, but lunch today was great! I had their Rubin sandwich and I would order it again.
We are new to area just here for fun plans but stopped their for lunch and I love the atmosphere in the restaurant but we wasn’t super excited about our food what we loved was our waitress who noticed it and stopped us because we was just Ganna go home and not make a fuss she was a sweet woman ! The way she handled the situation I was a little sad I didn’t leave a bigger tip thank you again ! I would go back just choose something different is all fried pickles was great !
