Fabulous! Chris is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, thorough and just a really nice guy! I had no idea that there were extra steps needed for pet stains removal (that other companies we have had out did not do, which explains why our dog continued to mark certain areas). Highly recommend! Thanks for a great experience Chris, we will be calling you again in the future!

Called because my dog brought a dead animal in the house and had a blood stain on my rug, roughly 4 inches square. Technician arrived promptly, was courteous, asked questions, and insisted on wearing boot covers. Machines were not overwhelmingly loud. In fact, I forgot he was here until he came to me and said he was all done. Not only was the blood stain GONE, he cleaned the whole rug. It looks as good as the day we brought it home.
