Hands down the best shoe store you can go to. In the heart of Berlin Ohio. Parking is a bit limited, but you can figure it out. The sheer magnitude of choice of footwear, boots for anything, sandals, flip flops, clothing for normal to intense outdoor activities. Hand-made belts that they will custom cut and punch in holes right there. They also have tack and riding supplies. Wallets, bags, and the choices will amaze you. Charm Harness & Boot in Charm, OH, was a hidden gem we stumbled upon by chance. Originally, we were supposed to be in Key West, but Hurricane Milton derailed those plans, so we decided to tour Ohio Amish Country instead. While leaving one stop, our GPS took us down a back road to avoid traffic—maybe it was divine intervention—because it led us to the charming little village of Charm, OH. The store was exactly what it purported to be. It was a beautifully appointed leather-goods store that smelled wonderful. An amazing inventory of high quality products of all types focused mostly on work and outdoors. But also a great selection of footwear related items like Sox, etc. I think they also offered some repair services. They did have some clothing items. I picked up a fully lined flannel shirt for $20. Charm Harness and boot is where its at!!! I called them and inquired about White's Smokejumpers. They were very helpful and patient (I'm picky when it comes to footwear) I drove up from Southern Ohio to buy from them and they did not disappoint. I left with my White's and I love them! Since then my brother and nephews have bought White's from them and they live in NC. They all have the same testimony. #supportbluecollar

I liked a pair of zip up Merrill boots but the zipper wasn’t working right. Instead of selling me a bad product, they engineered a solution and fixed the problem. There wasn’t another boot like it so they did a really great job helping me out. You won’t get the service very many places. Very nice and honest people.
