This was my first time bidding on heavy equipment and the guys at Buddy Barton's made it a great experience. Kevin was a great guy to work with and he and his team worked hard to answer all of my novice questions ,and palletized the equipment for shipment in less than 24 hours of making contact with them. Great customer service and I look forward to making more purchases in the future, Again, Thanks Kevin.

Many of the real estate auctions are postponed or cancelled. There are no showings of the properties and they demand too high a starting bid, based on the restrictions and conditions of the sale. I cannot recommend doing business with this company. In my opinion BBAuctions are shady bottom feeders in the Ohio real estate auction market.

I bought a CAT D6N from a Buddy Barton auction. There was an issue at delivery, and Buddy Barton fully addressed my concerns and went over and above to help... would fully recommend. Communication was great too.

Had an issue with getting my item shipped to me. UPS ignored all of the special instructions I left and never picked up the package. I contacted Buddy Barton and he coordinated with his team to get my situation rectified and assisted me with getting my packaged picked up! Highly recommended. 10/10

This is one of the few auctions I buy from, where I don't worry about my availability to pick up my items. Alexandra (Alex) has a great team, and is always willing to work with us. She multitasks like nobody I've ever seen, but always manages to follow through and do what she said she would. First class!
