Had emergency open heart surgery late December of last year (2024) and was in the hospital when pick-up time for a particular Buddy Barton occurred. After I was able to, I contacted Buddy Barton and explained what had happened. I recently asked to be registered for another Buddy Barton Auction because they continually send me advertising about their auctions. Was rejected out of hand with no explanation. This Auction house can't seem to understand that life happens!

This was my first time bidding on heavy equipment and the guys at Buddy Barton's made it a great experience. Kevin was a great guy to work with and he and his team worked hard to answer all of my novice questions ,and palletized the equipment for shipment in less than 24 hours of making contact with them. Great customer service and I look forward to making more purchases in the future, Again, Thanks Kevin.

I bought a CAT D6N from a Buddy Barton auction. There was an issue at delivery, and Buddy Barton fully addressed my concerns and went over and above to help... would fully recommend. Communication was great too.

Many of the real estate auctions are postponed or cancelled. There are no showings of the properties and they demand too high a starting bid, based on the restrictions and conditions of the sale. I cannot recommend doing business with this company. In my opinion BBAuctions are shady bottom feeders in the Ohio real estate auction market.
