We had such a wonderful experience with Bridgewater! From the very first telephone call where I cried over having to hire a caregiver for my sweet mama, to the last call where I stopped using them because mama moved to a long term care facility, I can’t recommend them enough! They stepped in when I needed them most. I live out of state and was able to entrust my mom’s care to a couple special caregivers who my mama loved! My mom was resistant to having someone accompany her to my daughters wedding as an aide. By the time she got to the wedding she’d made a new friend. Jasmine was so professional but blended right in and to most appeared to just be another guest. My mom was so happy. Everyone at Bridgewater was helpful, professional and friendly. The care was personalized to our needs. I highly recommend them for your care needs. And I’m keeping their number handy.

The Bridgewater Team really came through for us in a pinch. Our mom had an extensive time in rehab but hit a plateau in progress. After reading other reviews about Bridgewater and how others have thrived and had better health outcomes sold me on giving them a try. The caregivers were kind and helpful. Mom is doing much better now thanks to the attention and care of Bridgewater! Management team is very responsive and involved in this company. A rarity these days. Kudos!
