Quinton & Bradley with Bridgewater Sr home care - & their entire care team - were amazing! From the first phone call in which we had 40 min to get a caregiver in to help my family - to daily texts from caregivers & Quinton directly, every person with Bridgewater seemed intent on making things better for our family & easier for us to help take care of them. My mom was resistant to having someone accompany her to my daughters wedding as an aide. By the time she got to the wedding she’d made a new friend. Jasmine was so professional but blended right in and to most appeared to just be another guest. My mom was so happy. Everyone at Bridgewater was helpful, professional and friendly. The care was personalized to our needs. I highly recommend them for your care needs. And I’m keeping their number handy.

The Bridgewater Team really came through for us in a pinch. Our mom had an extensive time in rehab but hit a plateau in progress. After reading other reviews about Bridgewater and how others have thrived and had better health outcomes sold me on giving them a try. The caregivers were kind and helpful. Mom is doing much better now thanks to the attention and care of Bridgewater! Management team is very responsive and involved in this company. A rarity these days. Kudos!

My mom had to stop driving about five years ago but still wanted to stay in her house. I'm in New Jersey and my brother works full time across town, so we needed a way for her to get to hair and doctor appointments. My brother researched senior care options and chose Bridgewater to come out one afternoon a week. Bridgewater was wonderful. My dad came home from skilled rehab on hospice on a Friday. I needed care for him starting that Saturday. Bridgewater was there for us. We met and set up care. The girls were polite, caring, prompt, and always asked what they could do for me. They loved my dad. They talked to him and were so good with him. Every time I called Robyn, my calls were taken and were always handled efficiently. I recommend them 100%.
