Really 1 star ain't low enough nurse saw my mother today and 1 hour later my mother is in e r and the nurse said she was ok there staff don't know there jobs
Amazing staff! They are always kind and take very good care of the residents that live in the facility I work for!
After my mom came home from rehab for a new hip replacement she was referred to Axis for therapy. They never showed up or called. After 4 days my mom was referred to a different company. She has now had a significant delay in care and a significant decline in walking. ***as you can see from their replied to me below they are seriously lacking in communication and coordination of care. Instead of accepting responsibility, the response is that they don’t know who this could possibly be
