The axio fitness team in Poland have fantastic trainers who take the time with each client to ensure their client's workout is safe, fun, and orchestrated to achieve great results. I enjoy going to each session and look forward to seeing my body getting healthier and stronger. At 61 strength and balance are so important along with getting to my goal weight to enjoy life The nutrition counseling along with the workouts continue to help improve my results.
If you are serious about getting in shape, this is the place to be. I have been a client here for almost 2 years and I love every session. The trainers are the best in the industry and they are focused on you and your goals. Every session is different so it never gets old. Just give it a try.... You will love it!!!
